Our compensation is performance-based and completely transparent. Typically, we work on a standard percentage basis of negotiated contracts and deals. There are no hidden fees, and we only win when you do. We’ll go over all terms clearly before any agreement is made.

Not at all. While many of our clients are Division I athletes, we represent talent from all levels—D2, D3, JUCO, NAIA, and even international leagues. If you’ve got the drive, skills, and potential, we’ll help you get noticed and build a path to success.

Absolutely. While film helps, it’s not the only thing we consider. We evaluate your raw ability, athletic profile, work ethic, and goals. We can help you build exposure through Pro Days, training programs, and showcase events—even if you’re starting from scratch.
