Our team understands the unique challenges faced by international players, from adapting to the U.S. football system to building visibility among scouts and coaches.

FAQ for International Players

Yes. The IPP Program is specifically designed to give international athletes a pathway to the NFL without having played in the U.S. college system.

While prior experience helps, it’s not always required. The NFL looks for elite physical traits. Rugby players, wrestlers, and athletes from similar sports have successfully transitioned through the IPP.

You cannot apply directly. Athletes must be identified and recommended by scouts or sports agencies like Nexius Sports. We handle submissions and communications with the IPP team on your behalf.

Nexius Sports provides comprehensive support — from training and promotion to visa guidance, cultural adjustment, and compliance assistance.
